Objectives
In this course you will learn how to be strong manager in an unpredictable world and explore the role of management in light of globalization and changing economies by providing an insight into the nature and scope of international management. The course will also provide a view of the fundamentals of the management functions by focusing on how firms understand and deal with challenges when they become or remain international in scope. Participants will also be able to analyze how organizations can use the fundamental strategic management process to understand those international competitive forces and develop competitive advantage systematically and consistently.
