Objectives

We now understand how successful change initiatives require a combination of effective leadership and effective management. The course will introduce you to leading change theories, models and concepts which inform these contemporary debates. It also addresses how leaders communicate change, how they respond to and rethink resistance to change and how power and politics always informs leadership activities.
